E-mail Counselling
When you need a helping hand to make sense of your worries.

This may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your requirements.  We will repond to your e-mail within two working days.

Counselling by Post
When you need support and understanding.

If you do not have regular access to the internet or E-mail, we can offer you counselling by post.  This works in the same way as e-mail counselling, except that it takes a little longer to respond to you once your letter has been received.  Response is usually within 5 working days from the day that we receive your letter.

Telephone Counselling
Because sometimes we need to talk to someone who can understand us.

Telephone counselling support is often offered alongside e-mail work for times when you want to speak directly with your counsellor.

Live "Chat" Sessions
When you need to know there's someone there to listen.

Our counsellors also use secure chat rooms to talk with clients in addition to e-mail counselling.
